Use IWPA's classroom and meeting facilities for your event, with all technology included.

IWPA members can take advantage of a 20% discount on all stated rates. Organizations that qualify, 501c3 and 501c6, can rent our facilities for a 50% discount. Rates apply to standard business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

IWPA offers an excellent facility for groups from 15 to 75 people.

IWPA is an excellent facility for groups from 15 to 75 people. We have a classroom, featuring two full walls of windows, along with two conference rooms available for rent.

IWPA offers a full suite of audio/visual equipment on site, a convenient location, and plentiful free parking. IWPA is a great place to hold your next meeting.

Audiovisual technology is included (projector, screen, flatscreen TV, easels). Note: you may also supply your own audio-visual equipment.

Flipchart, Paper, and Markers: $20/day
Webcast equipment tech to set up and instruct how to monitor the program: $320
Webcast equipment tech to monitor for duration of the presentation: 4 hours - $700, 8 hours - $1,200

Cancellation policy:
To receive a full refund of room rental fees, you must cancel 7 or more days in advance of contracted date. If cancellation is made within 7 days but at least 48 hours in advance, then a 50% refund will be issued. Any cancellation made within 48 hours will not be refunded.
