IWPA Leadership PROGRAM
Gain exposure to association operations, connect with a matched mentor, and build relationships with IWPA board members and peers.

Designed for IWPA members looking to grow into leadership roles, the Leadership Program, exposes the successful applicants to a wide variety of association business, provides the participant with an appropriately matched mentor and networking opportunities with IWPA board members and fellow program participants.
Participation in the program would not automatically be followed by elevation to the Board or to a Committee chair role but will provide a pool of future leaders for any possible leadership opportunities.
APPLYING FOR THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
This is a two-year program. Calls for applications are made to the membership every two years.
Applicants are asked to complete a brief online application with a select few of the applications being selected by a task force of volunteers to participate. The next call for applications will be in late 2027.
