This LP is comprised of 5 modules—Lacey History, Lacey Legal, Basic Biology, Lacey Act: Due Care Basics, and Lacey Act: Declaration Basics. Learn about the introduction of the Lacey Act, the legal aspects, declaration requirements, filing PPQ 505s, strategies for implementing a due care program, and more! Each module should take 30 to 60 minutes to complete and concludes with a 10-question assessment at the end. Learners must score a minimum of 80% before they can proceed to the next module. Learners who do not receive a passing grade, can review the module and take the assessment again. You can stop at any time, during any of the modules, and resume where you left off. Learners successfully completing this Learning Path are eligible to receive 5 CCS/MCS CES/MES LCB credit type(s) from NEI.
